The location right at the beach is amazing with a clean and pretty beach. And the green and airy hotel design with the many pools is really nice. I have been to other hotels in the Khao Lak area but would come here again. It was great that the staff looked that nobody occupied the beach chairs with towels. We always found free chairs at the beach. Our room was a nice size, very comfortable and the staff always cleaned it well. I'd prefer a door to the bathroom though, instead of just glass sliding walls. Good sports activities. You can join if you wsnt but sre not bothered by it if you don't. I liked the library room and the free coffee and water station. There is a lovely beach restaurant in the hotel next door, otherwise it's a 5mins walk along an uninviting road to get to the road with the restaurants.

Staffs are very friendly and vey helpful.. they have a great service minds.. location of the hotel is on the private beach so it’s very quiet and peaceful. foods are great and breakfast is wonderful. my kids like all the food here especially pizza! this hotel is great for family vacation and children friendly. facilities are nice especially the swimming pools.. room, bed and pillows are clean and comfy. we will definitely stay here again if we are in town.. 😁

They offer buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The variety of the foods offered on those meals is amazing and very good value for the money. Also, kids under 12 eat for free in the buffet! It is a family and kid-friendly hotel with multiple pools, a slider, kids room with PS5, and a large area to run around. There is also a free coffee machine that's available 7/24, and they offer free popcorn and soft drinks between 3pm - 5pm. Alcoholic / Non-Alcoholic drink prices are very reasonable at Pool Bar and Restaurants. There is also a mini mart if you want to buy snacks and drinks to your room, again reasonable priced. It is such a hotel where you don't have to leave the hotel for anything.
